Suggested IC-MinEval Development Work

Mining
·  Allow variable parameters such as grade, mining rate etc over entire project life.
·  Add multiple mineable resources and combined PG/ UG operations.
·  Add Smelter Contracts in same way as existing taxation sheets.

Taxation
·  Add withholding tax and retained earnings.
·  Allow dividend and retained earnings (Interest Payments).

Valuation
·  Allow multiple principle - financial Analysis.
·  Add exchange rates for costs (Op Costs & Capex) and revenue.
·  Add ratio analysis (EPS etc), Dupont etc, after adding dividend and RE.
·  Allow multiple project, company and corporate valuation.
·  Allow multiple loans structures for project finance.
·  For non-project specific keep debt equity levels constant & repay equity.
·  Allow user-defined time periods (1 month, 6 month, and year) and divide pre-production and 1st production year into months to check cash flows and provision of Working capital.

Sensitivity analysis & Monte Carlo Simulation
·  Include tornado graphs.
·  Update model when running sensitivity analysis.
·  Enable output in sensitivity to be selected and not just NPV or IRR.
·  Add @Risk interface.
