Mr. Roger Haiat - Commercial (Non-executive Director)
Roger is the CEO of Devcor International, hands-on investors in early stage mining and high tech ventures and arrangers of structured financings for companies in emerging markets.
Roger's entrepreneurial career path over the last 30 years has provided him with in depth experience, skills, and seasoned perspective in founding and nurturing start-ups (Oxus Resources, Transcontinental Diamonds); in computer software design and applications (DuPont systems & computer division); in day to day execution and the running of multimillion £ entrepreneurial international businesses (MG metals, LPH Trading, Guinness Peat's metal trading subsidiary); and more recently in corporate finance advisory and high tech start-ups (DWA, Netwindfall, Go America, and GlobalnetFinancial).
Mr. Haiat is currently a non-executive director of two additional companies (New Diamond Corporation PTY, Mano River Resources). As a shareholder and non-executive director of IC-FinEval he provides valuable strategic and commecial insights and oversight.
